It is very annoying to have the Traffic Junky ads popup on the screen each time a video is paused with no way to remove it from obstructing the full screens view--especially when you have paid money to purchase a video. If this cannot be changed, I certainly will not waste any more money on this site.3 votes

However what you can do is to become a VIP member which prevents the Ad pop-ups.
what do you mean with: "It may take about 10 minutes to see newly uploaded videos. Thank you for your comprehension." ? I uploaded yesterday two videos, and nothing was and is to see. In the old version was it better and faster, now I have to wait days, before something is to see...5 votes

Wire Transfer payments usually need 1-3 days until cleard out. So if your payment is sent out on the 5th, you should receive it within the following days (6,7,8).

The Older Video system worked better but over time fewer and fewer videos have been playing. Now on loading I just get a black box. I can see a preview image, click on it but just get a blank black window.5 votes

Um yeah hello... I have been ignored from some guy on here that posts WAAAAYY too many videos and hes clogging up my news feed... But i cant use the unsuscribe button because he has me ignored... So can you please fix that so we can unsuscribe from people even if we have been ignored? Seriously thats really annoying ... the new page layout looks quite ok but there is no longer the number of video the amateur has when playing one of his video, which I really miss.
By the way, if the developers have time for playing with layout, what about adding a new payment method for us ?? After more than a month you were not able to add any.
Both checks and wire transfer are expensive for non-american amateurs. Do you realize this fact?

When I look for new members in my area, I get a list of 100,000 random people from all around the world, regardless of what state on the map I click on. I put in a help desk request for this four months ago, and the only thing that changed was that the list of results increased from 60,000 random people to 100,000. Please, instead of making "improvements" like blurring who visits your profile, improve global user experience; it's 2018, 480p at max 1mbps and 30fps is riddiculous quality, not to mention the classic of being logged and still not saving your preferences and show male and female videos every time. I only stay here for the community, but user experience is the worst. Restrictions and PPV have increased a lot in the past, but I have not seen any good improvement in compensation to keep the balance, it's less for less.21 votes

Please note that we had an issue with our encoding system .
The videos will stuck to that status . Therefore you will have to re-upload.
In order to re-upload your video you will need to add or remove some time from the video and save file with a new name.

Indeed Firstchoice can no longer issue payments due to liquidity issues.
You will be receiving an email shortly informing you about this change. A check needs 5-6 business days from the date of issue until received.
We are not aware if there is an actual fee, However, we will double check that for you and let you know.
