  1. Unfair upvotes ratio

    I've seen someone already pointed out this problem here https://xtube.uservoice.com/forums/190858-xtube-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/36730492-fix-the-user-and-video-rating-systems but I want to insist. This system is useless because a good video with hundreds of upvotes can be send to oblivion with a single downvote. You recently set the "most monthly upvoted" when choose a category, but I would suggest to change it to "top favorites" because it's most fair because this reason... until you fix the percent issue.

  3. BABY GOT BACK?

    Please fix the "page back" function in the favorites section. It does not take you back to the previous page nor does it provide a saved page history to select from. Thank you!

  4. FAVORITES

    "Date Favorited" & "Descending" are the logical default settings for FAVORITE VIDEOS as most users are viewing material based on their most recent visit. I appreciate the right-side filter options provided. However, they are useless until the "BACK" button (previous screen) function is restored. Currently, after every FAVORITE video viewed you are taken back to the default "Date Uploaded" & "Ascending"...Videos from 11 years ago. This creates another problem, scrolling through FAVORITE VIDEOS using the provided arrow & # options at the bottom page is quite tedious.   5. please please please sort out the back button functionality on this site!!!

    please can you sort this site - "Back" to me means "back to previous screen" ... Not "back to the start" ... Bacause of this defect, viewing videos takes an eternity! Please sort it.

  6. Profile Settings

    Your settings page is forcing us to enter a birthdate and subsequently giving us no option to control what profile information is being displayed. I do not want my age, zodiac, etc. displayed for the world to see, but you offer no way to opt out of this or control what information gets shown. It's highly highly annoying.

  8. So, do you not actually care about all the spam videos posted?

    The flood of spam videos isn't quite what it was when it started four months ago, but there's still more than enough every day or so to make legit postings difficult to find in the Latest Videos.

    You've had more than enough time to find a technical fix, and if you were actually concerned you could clear them out manually in the meantime. They're all blindingly obvious: new profiles, names all ending in three digits, video descriptions barely literate, almost all with a URL in the video thumbnail. But somehow it's beyond you to shut it down.

    This is an issue our team is currently working on. There is a delay due to some technical issues that occurred along the way, but this will be resolved soon. This will cover spam accounts, spam videos and spam comments.

  9. Payout

    Hello,
    it is more that a month since the Firstchoice Pay has not been supported. Now, we have to either earn $500 to be paid by wire transfer or wait a long time for the check and even a longer time to chash it at a bank (Europe and ohter non-American countries). These all mean that we get only one third of our earnings (fees associated with it)

    What about decreasing the payout limit - $500 until you find another solution.

    Other well-known websites use Paxum for their members. Is there already any plan how you will paid your members…

  10. Playlist should not clear after exiting account

    When you add a video to a playlist using the "+" thumbnail icon, it's unfortunate that they are not saved even after you leave your account. Being such a good resource, it would be of the utmost importance that the videos stay on the playlist even after logging out. This feature of yours I have seen in only two sites until today. The others is just like a "watch later", it makes you have to go out to access the playlist ...

  11. I liked being able to scroll over the vid screenshot and read what it was about. I'm no longer able to do that for some reason.

    Return the feature that allows the user to scroll over the vid screenshot and read what it is about.

  12. Latest videos is a mess

    Paging through the latest videos, the same videos show up multiple times...2, 3, 10, 20 pages later. Sometimes with the same videos around them, sometimes not.

  13. Something went wrong

    The upload is a real pain on this website compared to others.
    II'm about to give up posting here after getting "Oops something went wrong" errors at 99% upload of a video.
    It is frustrating and even more when I can't even know what exactly went wrong.

  14. Are videos marked PREVIEW free ?

    Nearly every video marked PREVIEW is asking for money.
    This is fraud and XTUBE has to be sanctioning it to make
    more cash.

  15. Video sorting isn't working.

    It's been like this for a few days now! For example, pressing "Most recent" will display videos from 3 months ago as the first result while a video from just 3 weeks ago will display further down the page!

    This doesn't just go for the "most recent" category either, it does the same for all sorting options. Try order remains the same regardless of what is selected so something is definitely broken here, I've tried numerous browsers and several devices and I can reproduce the issue on all of them.

  18. Fix favorites.

    Please fix favorite browsing. It keeps redirecting me to first page of my favorites if I'm on any page ahead of page 1. If I'm on page 5 and I click to watch a video, when I'm done watching and press the back arrow to go back to my previous page it always send me back to page 1. Please fix this.

  19. Your customer support is terrible

    I emailed your customer support system with a legitimate problem I was having trying to purchase credits, and asked what could be done to fix it. I got a response back saying you were banning my account without further explanation. Banning your paying customers with no explanation after they come to you with a question regarding their account doesn't seem like a very good business model. Furthermore, such a curt response from your customer service team is tactless, to say the least. Is this how you run your customer support system? What a joke.

  20. I can't vote to like a picture by a regular user--please change this

    When I vote to "like" a regular pic and not one by an amateur requiring payment --I get a message saying only verified buyers can vote for this video???
