PASSWORD RESET

Hello, I've been attempting 4 times now to get my account password and the last response was "to refer to ticket TTM-495-30785" What does that mean?? Please help. I'm not getting any password reset e-mails from you. This has been ongoing for 3 months now.

        The ticket was sent to the email you have created the ticket with. If you haven't received it. You can always create another ticket to send to support, and they will assist you on resetting your password. Thank you.

        I've only received e-mails with information and refrences but nothing in them that give specifid instructions. Where exactly can I view this ticket information?
