Emails from support should include the description that we submitted on the problem report.

The idea is in the title. If I submit a problem to support, I receive an email with a ticket number, but it does not include the text that I put in the original problem report. If I have more than one problem ticket outstanding at a time, then I don't know which ticket number refers to which problem.
