I would say: any ticket number. The chances that you find a good answer is so small that any ticket is a good candidate. I always feel that the support staff takes 1 second to paste a general answer to get rid of an issue. There are novice uses that may find these messages helpful. But users that have a long history of uploaded original content feel insulted.
