I received a quick response email to an issue that I have been having for a while. How long will it take for you to fix the issue wherein the user is not returned to the last page on rather than the returning to page 1. "Nina" responded the following:
"I'm sorry for the trouble that is caused. We are aware of this, and it turned out to be a complicated issue when it comes to resolving it, thus this is taking longer than expected. I understand that it can be frustrating."
Frustrating is an understatement. This has been this way for quite a while now and think that my loyalty as a user for close to 8 years warrants an estimated date of completion.
