Your customer support is terrible
I emailed your customer support system with a legitimate problem I was having trying to purchase credits, and asked what could be done to fix it. I got a response back saying you were banning my account without further explanation. Banning your paying customers with no explanation after they come to you with a question regarding their account doesn't seem like a very good business model. Furthermore, such a curt response from your customer service team is tactless, to say the least. Is this how you run your customer support system? What a joke.
