I have not received my last payments.

I have not received my last payments. I introduced myself in the USA (I live in Mexico) recently with XTUBE checks and they told me that they no longer pay them.
I DO NOT HAVE A CARD I've never been sent. I hoped they would send it to me and they never did.
I sent a message to support but they gave me an answer WITHOUT SENSE, they did not give me any solution.
