Site Issues Never Fixed/Suggestions Not Taken
I am STILL waiting for someone competent at your site to fix these problems or implement the suggestions made below in my previous emails to you. I have been reporting the problem of not being able to delete individual photos or arrange photos in folders for over a year. I have seen NO changes to your site in well over a year. what the heck is going on there because there is obviously no one doing anything to fix site issues.
To whom it may concern,
I would like to know if you ever plan on actually fixing any site issues or making any suggested changes to the site?
I reported the following "Site Issues" to you many times:
1 The photo albums NEED to have better editing ability such as a user being able to arrange the photos in an album of theirs in any order desired.
2 The photo albums are missing the ability for a user to delete individual photos from their albums. It only allows users to "hide" a photo, but there is NO delete option like there should be.
3 Your site needs to remove the automatic censor and go to a "Report / Review" system. I understand you're trying to prevent underage & illegal stuff, but you can't block "key" words because blocking "key" words does NOT take into account the context the words are used in. This is why a "Report/Review" system is the only thing that actually works for an adult site. For example you have words like girl and boy forbidden, but that censors the words when used in harmless context such as describing clothes like "Schoolgirl outfits" or hair styles like a "Pageboy haircut",............. It also is a real problem for those who have adult baby or adult toddler fetishes or enjoy age regression fantasy or any kind of roleplay, cosplay,.............. These are just a couple examples, there are many more which is why like I said "key words" does NOT work for a site like this.
I also made the following suggestions which you have NEVER followed through on making happen:
1 It would be great if you would let users put links in blogs even if only links to pages on this site so users could for example put in a link to a specific photo or photo album of theirs in a blog. Or maybe let users insert photos into a blog (maybe say a limit of 3-4 photos max per blog)
2 Allow ".gif" images to be uploaded in photo albums.
3 Return the "slideshow" option to view photo albums as a slideshow.
I made suggestions #2 and #3 to you previously to which you said great idea, but that was last year & I still see no progress made on this suggestion.
Why do users even bother giving you our suggestions or feedback when you never fixe the site issues / problems or follow up on making the suggestions happen?
I sure hope some admin with a brain who can actually get something done about these flaws in the site actually reads this.
We thank you for your feed-back and suggestions as this is the best way to improve our services.
Please note that the site is always optimized for the better and we do our best to feed these suggestions to the team for review.
I will certainly forward all the information provided to the person in charge of reviewing the sites issues.
We will do our best to break every suggestion down into parts to see what can be improved and implemented on our site.
Thank you again for your feed-back.
I had commented at the beginning of the year "It's a simple 3 "Site Issues" and 3 "Suggested Improvements". Lets see how many if any of these are fixed or done by the end of 2018." here we are getting near the end of 2018 with only 3 months to go and not only are NONE of these issues / suggestions fixed, but they're worse. :(
These issues are still ongoing, and in addition the photos being cut off due to site resizing the albums are cut off at the top by an empty white space that also cuts off the top of the stats box on the right.
I also would like to point out the problem with the site resizing photos in albums cutting off the tops. When a photo is uploaded it should show the entire photo not cut bits off due to site resizing. Still waiting for the other suggestions in this post to be done.
It's a simple 3 "Site Issues" and 3 "Suggested Improvements". Lets see how many if any of these are fixed or done by the end of 2018.
