wont let me click upload now
when i go to upload a video i choose the file and fill out all the text stuff and tags and permission to use this video stuff and when i go to click on "upload now" the cursor in a crossed out symbol circle with a dash also it seems like its not even selecting the fill when i choose a file to upload. trying to upload an mp4 file i recorded

i am using windows 7 and i tried on firefox, opera, and chrome. and each time whenever i got to click on upload now the cursor becomes the dashed out symbol *kinda like the no smoking symbol but with out the cigarette* and i cant click it. i even went onto my other laptop which runs on linux and it does the same thing on both opera and firefox. the file is an mp4 file.
