Crazy idea - please start responding to customer enquiries?
I have been waiting a week now for a response to my enquiry sent to firstname.lastname@example.org regarding Xtube taking a payment for a canceled subscription. When can I expect a response please? A week is way too long. Thanks

Still no response. If I do not hear back before 5th May, I will assume this is a scam and will be raising a dispute with Visa regarding unlawful charges that you made.
