Do ANY support requests get responses?
This should not be how I find out ALL my content has been erased without my consent, nor without any warning so that I could download it! The sheer number of people that would have moved to paid memberships (myself included) and this is how I am being treated after being a member for over a decade...?
Not to mention it seems no damage control is in effect at all, no members have been contacted, not even a blanket statement, just decimation. It is honestly not surprising that you would be so inundated with support requests right now, there's no way you could respond. Not that it seems there is anyone trying to. Was this thought through at all by anyone?
One would think you are actively TRYING to tank your entire business. What a waste. Never again. How horribly disrespectful. What possible, reasonably excuse is there for this? Where are my videos? It goes without saying they are incredibly personal! I am absolutely livid.
