All paid videos are marked with Premium or Ambassador. The ambassador ones are paid content from our exclusive models. Are you referring to something else? If so, please let us know.
I understand you are a commercial company with earning money as its goal. I still find it extremely frustrating that every time I check the frontpage or browse "new videos", 100% (!!!!!!) of them are the payable, premium ones. Its even more frustrating because this topic has been mentioned many times in this forum, following you always saying that you will keep an eye on premium and free videos beeing distributed evenly. But you just dont. You should think about a different way of earning money: Call me oldschool, but I would never ask my viewers to pay for my content. I'd rather pay you a monthly fee myself for maintaining this platform, where I can upload to. The way you are handling it right now is a face slap for longtime members like me (started in 2007), totally going under among the premium videos.

X-tube REALLY needs video thumbnail previews in the "Related Videos" section under a video. Would be SO helpful
The main searches for your videos all have a preview if you hover the mouse over the thumbnail. If you open a video, in the new page under the Video player there is a "Related Videos" section, but none of those thumbnails show previews. It would make using this site SO much easier to have that feature.2 votes
If you are a plus member, video thumbnails are available throughout the whole site. The system could have logged you out and maybe that is why you weren’t able to see them. Try it again and let us know.

For some time now i've been looking for a way to better connect with my XTube audience and I thought I had found a way using the Blog feature. But I haven't been able to figure out how to create a new blog post. I've followed your FAQ's page and even clicked the direct link provided but it takes me back to the main page. Clicking the 'BLOG' link at the bottom of the page takes me to a "Forbidden" page. What's up Xtube?5 votes
In order to write a blog, go to your profile page, click on the more tab, and then scroll down to where it says write blog. Once you click there a new page will open for you to write a blog.

When I play a video on page 12, or whatever, of my favourites list and then hit the back button, it always returns me to page 1 so then I work my way back to page 12 only for it to happen again. This is a real passion-killer - as are in the in-video ads you have introduced. But that I can understand - this is great site and you have to make a return but this loss of functionality is a real problem and this same problem happens repeatedly and then takes weeks to sort out. Pease fix it and please make it a priority because without the functionality, this is a less attractive site to visit.

Please add a search filter to include or exclude videos I have already watched.
Please also add a setting for related video recommendations to show mostly unseen content instead of the same videos over and over again.
I mostly want to see new videos that I haven’t already watched. For searches, I don’t want to scroll through pages and pages of videos I have seen before.
But sometimes I’m looking for a good video I have seen before but forgot to bookmark.
Tag the thumbnail to indicate previously seen videos.4 votes

Do you want to have xtube multi language? then you need to work on your "forbidden" words. In German, the word for "the" is in the femaile "die". one of the most commen word. if you do not allow this world, you do not allow writing in german. because i tried to write in a very colloquial, then I got bad word message for the word "e". thank a bout that.1 vote

Hi, follow the steps below in order to update your credit card details.
1. Go to https://www.centrobill.com/
2. Click “Lookup Purchases”.
3. Login to the member’s area using your billing details.
4. Hover your mouse over “Profile” on the top of the page.
5. Click “Add/Edit Credit Card” from Profile drop-down menu.
6. Click “Add a card” if you want to add a new card or ‘Edit" if you want to update your current card.
7. Enter your information.
8. Confirm the submission by pressing “Add card” or “Save”.
