Please change the rating system for videos and profils, because the percentages alone are not meaningful. For example: Video "A" has a rating of 100 percent of 2 votes. Video "B" has a rating of 90 percent of 200 votes. Which video will be more popular?
It would be more helpful to show the number of votes in likes and dislikes. You have the percentages, so it should be not a problem to change the system.

There are some purchased videos that I could not save (due to maybe user disabling it for the video), but I would like to be able to access them again somehow. I have noticed when I add an * to any search I get a lot more results then if I just searched with out the *
For example just typing in latex gives 6301 matches. If I type in latex* I get 7115 matches. How does the search work does it only search for tags or for titles and body.
Also if I do this type of search it only works for the first page the second page it reverts back to non * results. How can I ensure I am getting all the possible results.

4/14/18_ I am having a problem viewing some videos. They freeze after about 5-8 seconds. I couldn’t view Carnivore’s last two emissions, pardon, submissions. You will be receiving an email shortly informing you about this change. A check needs 5-6 business days from the date of issue until received.
We are not aware if there is an actual fee, However, we will double check that for you and let you know.

I understand your new log in procedure with i am not a robot but i do that and before I can log in a window pops up asking me for my preferences, I have to click that and then go through the i am not a robot again, you know my preferences after I log on so why the pop up asking me again and making me have to log on twice, you need to allow more time before the preference window pops up or do away with it altogether when someone is logging in5 votes
