There's always been a double standard, with amateur videos not being held to the same as non-amateurs. I say it's about time the same rules applied to everybody.
(Not that some of the rules aren't ridiculous, but if there are going to be rules, they should be for everybody.)

"Pending Active" is the status for two days after processing finishes. Then it goes to "Active Public" and shows up in the latest videos and searches.

And/or give us a "hide" (don't show me their videos) function in addition to "block" (keep them off mine).
There are people I don't care to block whose videos I'm never going to watch so I'd like to not see them in search and latest videos...but that's no reason to keep them from watching mine.
Also, if you can't keep people from posting inappropriate/prohibited/miscategorized content, it would give us a tool to at least get it out of the listings for ourselves.
’ Pending Active ’ is a converting / encoding stage of the video until it’s status gets ‘Normal’.

Doesn't really make sense, but turning uBlock off and back on brought it back.
Yes. I quit and restarted Firefox, no help. The computer restarted the previous night for the latest macOS 10.10 update. Other sites still have the scrollbar, it's only xtube, and it's not a problem on my desktop with the same setup except for OS 10.9.5 (though with phcdn not allowed by noscript, which interferes with video play).
